The terms the tools and the paid monitoring are offered under. Plain English on purpose; where a term has a precise meaning it is stated rather than implied.
MyDCHub is operated by XeonBD, a proprietorship registered in Bangladesh, and sold through the JetsNext store. Orders, invoices and payment are handled there under that store's terms; everything on this page is about the service itself.
Every check, every report, the shareable links and the site preview are free to use with no account, no card and no clock running. That is not a demonstration version: it is the same software the paid tiers run.
What the paid tiers add is being told — the checks re-run on a schedule and you hear when something changes. Anyone can run a check today; the value is finding out on the day it breaks.
There are rate limits, and a daily allowance on the speed test because each run costs real bandwidth on our nodes. They are sized for people diagnosing their own systems. If you hit them in ordinary work, tell us and we will look at the limit rather than at you.
Automated bulk querying, scraping the tools behind a product of your own, or working around the limits, are not ordinary use. We may throttle or block for that, and we would rather talk about a proper arrangement first.
Do not use these tools against systems you neither own nor have permission to test. A speed test makes real requests to the address you give it, and a site preview fetches a real site — both appear in somebody's logs as traffic from us, and we take responsibility for that.
Do not send other people's confidential mail to the mail check. It is a testing address, not a mailbox, and anyone holding the link can read the message for the hour it exists.
Results describe what public DNS, the blocklists we asked, and the servers we reached said at the moment we asked. They are diagnostic information to act on with your own judgement, not a certification, a guarantee of deliverability, or a security audit.
Where a list did not answer, we say so rather than reporting it as clean, and where a check could not be completed we say that too. A tool that quietly turns silence into good news is worse than no tool, so we would rather show you a gap.
The free tools are provided as they are, without an uptime commitment. Paid monitoring runs on a schedule and we work to keep it running, but only the Enterprise tier carries a written service level agreement. Current engine state is on the status page, measured when you load it rather than cached.
Paid tiers are billed by the store you bought through, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are set per currency rather than converted, so the number you saw is the number on the invoice.
Stop paying and monitoring stops. The tools carry on working exactly as before and your existing report links keep resolving. Nothing is held hostage.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim — which for the free tier is nothing. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If these terms change in a way that affects a paying subscriber, we tell subscribers by email before it takes effect. Bangladeshi law governs these terms.
